Is there a way to turn off a flashing tile when it is discarded? it exposed too many players suits/hands and sort of ruins the fun

The tile flashes after it is discarded before next action, including next drawing, and chi/pong/kong/win, happens. This infomation is public for every side. So no information is exposed unnecessarily.
